Unfair ***** investigations

I am very dissapointed with capitec bank. I just found out that my name is listed under the forensic investigations unit because i tried to open a credit card not knowing that the company i was working for does not comply with labour regulations or diddnt register me as the employee. Now i cant open any store account or bank account. To assist me , the consultant said i must apply for a crefid again that's when my name can be removed as m now employed to a different company. This is not fair as i cannot be forced to open a credit to clear my name.
