unfair employment process

i had a very bad experience with the recruitment, I app**** for a job, wrote the assessments, on 24 April 2024 I got feedback to go capture fingerprints by a recruitment consultant named Zizipho Msingaphantsi , I went for fingerprint capturing on the day and never received response ever since. i sent an email to follow up with the same agent and was given an email address (HelloHR) to enquire using, sent an email and was given a ref number (Case# 377693) on June 4, 2025, till date there hasn't been a response and my follow up emails are ignored. this is very disheartening, i honestly feel like this was just formality to hire other people .
