Unfair dismissal assessment

About a 2 weeks ago 03 July 2018 I was invited/booked for an assessment(Verbal/Numeracy and checking) at Capitec as I was shortlisted for a position (before doing the assessment we had to practice it at home first before the actual assessment which was at my advantage). On the day of the assessment it was two groups ,but I was in the second group of 17 if not 18.We were then told that we are only going to write one which was the Verbal test instead of us writing all three test at a time we only got to write one and if u didn't "pass "the first one you were not going to write the other two which was unfair, because we were only judged based only one test other than all three. And Yes on the first test we were supposed to complete the test in 12 minutes ,while writing the verbal test the HR lady who examined us only gave about 6 to be exact to finish the test, and there wasn't any stop watch in front of us or any other way for us to trace time. And unfortunately for us the remaining 13 candidates didn't make the the other round because we had failed the test, but the rest did and how we don't know, as we all felt that the amount of time that was given to us was not on track and unfair. How can only 4 or 5 people make pass a simple test that all the candidates have prepared for and after writing everyone saying that the time was not according to what we were to work on.I believe we were unfairly treated and all the candidates that wrote that day should be given another chance.
