UNFAIR DISCRIMINATIVE TREATMENT AS A CLIENT SINCE 2000

Capitec I like you so much but why do you discriminate against me.

I was one of your first clients. Then when I left the army in the early 2000 I was waiting for my severage packacge which I never received.

I believe the month to month loan was paid R800 but you handed me over to your lawyers and when I try to pay off or to get a loan you refuse and said no no no.We as Capitec wil never help you.

This is not in line with act and with how I understand customer services or right on fear treatment.

So when you give a sassa anty a credit card and me a bussiness owner the cold shoulder where I cannot even get a loan of R200 from you.

Is this fair after 20 years. Let me also get a credit card or take part in their great products.
