********* SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am totally disgusted with Capitec!!!!! I have never seen such an ********* company before. Adding more money to my pre-existing loan that had to be done in 06.2020, however conveniently for Capitec they felt the need to add owning money to my loan for no reason!!!!! I have not asked for money or for a loan or for money to be placed into my account so why the hell are you guys wanting me to pay back money I haven't asked for. I have contacted numerous of times, went into the branch but no-one could help me! I've been waiting for a call back since the end of June as PROMISED but never received anything... when I called back they wouldn't put me through to the team leader Lucinda of client care that supposedly assured me that she would call with an outcome of the investigation. I have been put through to client care, collections department but none of them apparently deals with my kind of problem. It is the 21.07.202 and I have not heard a word from Capitec. They holding me liable for money that has been placed into my loan by CAPITEC's default!!!!!!! Please get the agent that has placed money into my account in error as they will be liable to pay back those funds!!!! I would love an IMMEDIATE investigation on this matter( phone calls to the agents I have dealt with Kholeka, Nokukhanye, Kayleen, Laleto and Lucinda, any visitation to the bank proving that I went to ask for any funds to be placed into my account) . This is the lowest I have ever seen Capitec!
