********* Bank! Use at your own risk

Capitec has to be the most ******* and ********* bank in South Africa. They should be called the ANC. They prey on low income earners and poorly educated people because they think they don't know their rights. I have a policy with Capitec and my debit order date is month end. I have never had issues paying my policy, not once. Wait for it...I woke up to see that Capitec debited my account more than a week earlier than our agreed date and they did this WITHOUT MY CONSENT! And I need to cancel my plans now!! When I called them out, they doubled down, y'all, and said they do this because everyone gets paid early in December? Well, I don't get paid early in December, or can you guys not read your own bank statement? I need you to please reverse my money and honor the debit order mandate that you make people sign. How can a bank take your money whenever they choose to without my verbal or written permission to debit early and when I am up to date in all my payment.
