Unemployment claim submitted to Capitec Bank not paid out

I Petrus Johannes Visser with ID:***. Lost my job in June 2020, unfair dismissal. Went to ccma and my case was only resolved in January 2021. My previous employer settled and I win the case but unfortunately they did not want to take me back. I lodge a claim to Capitec via email for unemployment, so my loan's with the can be settled as per the insurance agreement. Till today I haven't heard anything back from them and know my Loan's is in areas and they handed me over to lawyers. Also my wife Cherylene Visser is having problem with this aswell as she can not pay her loans as I am unemployed so there is lost of income. So her loans also needs to be settled as per insurance. But no. They they did not and handed her also over to lawyers. So we needs this to be resolved by Capitec Bank reversing the areas and setteling the Loan's and credit card dept as per what is standing in there insurance agreement.
