Undesirable Banking Experience

I find the banking system process with Mercantile to be really time consuming. The app and online sites take too long to navigate in edition to looking rather shoddyly made. I don't know why you need to call the bank to onboard basic services like, opening a savings account or applying for a job credit facility with them.

The fees are many. You get a R5 charge for every card payment. The experience is proving to be rather dull,and and time consuming. It's still early days though.
