Under your Mattress is safer than Capitec

Capitec stores your money and leaves the door open for ********* to access. I am saddened by the response where Capitec showed no professionalism. The staff who dealt with my query was also just as thick as a brick. Nobody has a clue on how the ********* accessed our bank account. I am in the process of having all our Capitec accounts closed and moved over to a more suitable bank. I am aware of financial implications that we have all suffered through this pandemic and more that has happened, I simply ask for at least half of our monies to be refunded due to the poor security measures. I did make a commitment to Capitec that if they will not resolve this, I promise to start gearing up with News24, followed onto other platforms to expose the level of service received and how you treat your loyal customers.
