Under Administration

I just spoke to Capitec Bank collections department this morning with intentions of obtaining my statement on my loan account. I do know that my account is with Law credit, which I've been trying to get hold of since last year with no luck. To my suprise I was advised that Capitec sold the account to Cyber debt management, which I was never made aware of and I've been making payments to LAW credit. <br> <br> This is really frustrating as I've been trying to get hold of LAW credit for a while now since last year and their number doesnt even exist anymore and the last reference I got from them last week is as follows:<br> Date: 2016-02-15 <br> Thank you for contacting LAW Credit. <br> Your request has been received and we will respond shortly.<br> Service request number: [LAW-***]<br> <br> Which they dont even bother to respond!!!<br> I need this sorted out ASAP as this is not the first encounter and I'm sick and tired of this ****ty service
