Undelivered license disk

I renewed my license disk using a capitec bank which firstly I paid way more than the normal fee and boom it's been 7 days waiting for a license disk to be delivered with skynet what had the most ridiculous services ever... I call them daily and all I get it "you parcel will be delivered today" and nothing get delivered. My concern here is that I paid capitec with the trust and boom I am having to deal with all this mess on my own... Next week my license disk will be due and I have not yet received my parcel..
