Uncancelled debit check

Am not very happy with how capitec is with their debit check. a month ago i called them to cancel the debit check that went off unauthorized and they promised me that the debit check were cancelled but to my surprise this month the very same debit went off again i have been calling capitec with no assistance. Since this whole thing started i have lost a lot of money due to this unauthorized debit checks.Kids at home are left with not enough food to eat because the bank we use its failing to protect the money of it client. It seems like capitec its working with this i don't weather they are ******** or legit company that capitec is allowing them to get their hands on our hard earned money this is not fair at all. I use to love capitec as my first choice of bank but now am starting to hate this bank. our money is not safe with capitec bank .
