Unblocking a Bank account.

Hi everyone. My bank account was blocked on the 28th of November 2023. I phoned the bank immediately and they did not give me a reason to why it was blocked. I was doing an online job where I was buying and selling crypto currency through Binance and did many transactions that day. They told me to write an affidavit and certify a copy of my ID in which the affidavit explained everything. My account has still not been unblocked. They have been delayed and unreliable. The *****ulent team is quite rude in helping customers. It has almost been a month and Christmas is coming. Do not recommend
