unblocked account

Still when you call me you dont tell me when will you open my account, im unable to use my account because you guys blocked my account, im tired of complaining everyday without getting any help.

Please can you unblock my account now its been a month without being able to access my account, all you do is call me and you do not say when i will be able to usr my account again. I should just move and use another bank beside your bank, because this is so sad, i do not want to experience this again. Open my account so i can be able to access my my money and move from another bank where i would be assisted and treated like a humanbeing.

Bad experience ever, since i have been using Capitec this has never happend to me, i thought its a good Bank after 5years of using the Bank Account, now they blocked my account and they do not help me with opening it back. They are so quite i feel so sad, ill move to another Bank hope it will be a better one, because when you do business using their Bank, they say its ***** like how?.

No1 is willing to help me, as they send an email saying by today they would already resolved my situation but no1 called to tell me whats going on, its another daý with a blocked account, soon it will be second month.
