Unblock My Account

I went to Capitec Longmarket branch as i was directed to go to any branch and request them to contact Lucratia Japhta ,but they refuse to phone they said they will contact me so i dnt know realy when that will happened,im not happy becouse i did what the back asked me to to do,i went and get an affidative but the branch told me a defferent sorry that im still going to wait for them ,while the Complain depertment said the account will be sorted
