Unbelievable treatment

my dad i has all the documents that proofs he is not debt review but NO capitec takes wont help him, i mean my brother is sick i his medical pays half i need to pay the rest.... went to all banks with all the prove that um not with siyaya debt review but no one want to help me... i really need capitec to assist, my credit record is clear, my dad has the email that was sent to transunion
