Unbelievable! I am speechless!

My previous review details how a certain vehicle finance company are continuing to debit my account for shortfall insurance on my motor vehicle which is fully paid up! After phoning the company concerned and receiving no joy from them, I decided to go into the bank to ask them to block or remove the debit order. My account has been debited twice - but only one of the debit orders was reversed. At a cost of R35 to me, of course! Now isn't that lovely? Money is incorrectly (I would prefer to say ********LY - but let me stick with incorrectly) removed from my account and I - yes I, have to pay the penalty! Furthermore, only the company concerned can stop the debit order. Apparently, all they have to do is change the reference number and the money will continue to be removed from my account for however long as they choose. I can, of course, go in every month and get it reversed - at a cost of R35, of course! So.....for the next....however long, I will be required to be put through the inconvenience of having to go in to the bank, sit in your infernal, everlasting queues and then pay R35! Well, Capitec....listen to me very carefully! I WILL close my account and change banks. I've done it before and I can do it again. And DON'T tell me this is standard procedure for all banks. It probably is! But I don't CARE! As my bank I would expect you to protect me from this kind of corporate ****gery and *****ery. Because that is what it is. Money is being ****** from my account and you can do exactly nothing about it! Why? Why are the banks not taking a stand against this kind of thievery? I signed a debit order which was for the duration of the payment on my car. I did NOT sign a debit order permitting a *****ed company to take money from my account for the rest of my life!
So, Capitec...What exactly are you going to do about it? Because if that money gets taken off my account again, I will close my account. And I will change banks!

Thank you to Carmenita Fortune for responding. She was polite and helpful and so this is not about her - but about you, Capitec! That money has been taken off my account again! Am I surprised? Are you surprised? No, of course you are not! Because there is nothing you can do about it, is there? *****ed companies and ************ can siphon money off your clients accounts at will and YOU are a toothless bulldog who can do nothing! YOU! THE BANKS!!!! The most powerful institutions across the world, who call all the shots and control all the money CAN DO NOTHING TO PROTECT YOUR CLIENTS! So now....... I - ME - I have to be put through the inconvenience of going into the bank to reverse it - Again! I ...as in ME... I have to pay a R35 penalty to get the transaction reversed. The only option for me is to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ONE! But...... I have to proved proof of residence all over again. So please tell me, Capitec. If I have to close my account and provideprove proof of residence (which you already have).... why would I want to open another account with you? Can you give me one good reason why I should not change banks? After all - the inconvenience factor is the same! Isn't it? You keep your one star rating, Capitec. Because no bank in South Africa deserves more. Why are you banks not putting your heads together to close the hole through with South Africans are having *****ed companies and ********s siphoning their hard earned money to the tune of millions! Yes millions!
South Africans, please be aware that this ***** is going on all the time. And your all powerful BANKS are the ones who are allowing it to happen!
