Unauthorized withdrawal

Good day, my name is Edwin Malatji. I hereby wish to express my disgust and disappointment by Capitec Bank. my situation has never resolved i did not get refund from capitec they say they cant refund me. this is very sad news. this capitec they dont care of their client they just need our money only. if you face a problem they cant able to assist you, they're so unhelpful.. I have been with Capitec for more than 10 years and i never gave them any problem but now my card swallowed by an atm and the money was withdrawn in another atm which was far away from me. how can you do this to me? Capitec i need my R5000 please i want to use it. how can you fail to refund me R5000 while i am paying well my loans and credit card. what i need from you is my money back.
