UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAW
Money was withdraw out of my account and after the investigation Capitec said they can't refund me because my card can't be cloned or whatever they call it. I was in front of the ATM when it all happened (my phone showed money was out of my account but I didn't draw or received the money) so I asked them to just check their cameras because then they will see that I didn't get any money from that ATM but that the machine was tampered with and their response was WE DON'T HAVE CAMERAS AT THAT ATM!!!! How the hell don't a bank have camera's at an ATM!!!! I am definitely closing my account at Capitec.
