Unauthorized Transactions

Guys im deeply worried on what is happening on our accounts @ capitec ,and if only i picked it it up , i just wonder how many south africans fall victim. Capitec is allowing unauthorised debits on our accounts . These parties phone you selling some stupid vouchers , and you clearly tell them you dont want any promotions , comes month end BooM , there is a debit of R89, R69 ,R98 It varies. If you despute the transaction , you are charged again for reversal.The funny part is every mounth i have to despute the debits on my account of which im no longer sure if this is done by Capitec so they will gain on your reversals. Either way its like the system is designed for you to loose regardless whether you despute the transaction or not
