Unauthorized transactions

On the 1st of May I was at work when my money was used at another store. I've reported the matter the very instant Iby calleding since it was a holiday and the branch was closed. The agent I spoke to said the funds were still pending and cannot be disputed.

I called in again out of curiosity and frustration until I got an agent that said she will excalate the matter. After 7 days of waiting I got response that I cannot get my money back because the funds were already utilized as the matter was reported late.

I've been to the branch to ask why I'm getting such response as I reported early. There was still no response from the branch. I've complained to the complaints department and I was told to wait for the ***** department to get back to me. I've been waiting till today and I'm so fed up and disappointed with capitec
