Unauthorized Transactions

There were unauthorized transactions made on my account that started on the 17 March 2015. The transactions were withdrawals of large amounts of cash and buying over the counter. My card was with me at all times and i do not have a cellphone to notify me of any account activity happening. I only got to know about these withdrawals when i went to the bank to withdraw, and to get a bank statement. This has continued to April even after i notified the bank about these transactions ( April 18 & 20).
