Unauthorized transactions

Am writing a concern that there was a forgery money transaction that happened in my account of R19000 and I reported the matter and opened a case, Capitec only to come back after a very while to say the investigation is done and it was a friendly **** and the money recovered is only R18,31 something and there is nothing they can done. This has cost me my living and school fees for kids to move because of this matter. Capitec did not care of the effect this has cost me and they say we should trust their bank.
