Unauthorized Transaction from my account

Is it easy for ****mers to get into one's Capitec account and please themselves. What happened to POPIA, what happened verification, what happened to protection of clients hard earned money. Today my internet subscription bounced because of insufficient funds. I was so shocked because I did provide for that. I went into my Capitec account. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Something called BIGBAG Cape to Cape town deducted R450.00 from my account. Who the hell is BigBAg. How can they deduct money from my account without my consent. I don't even have a bag. I use a backpack I bought from a street vendor. My bank should be protecting my account, but ****mers are having their way. Can I please have my R450.00 back as I need to pay for my internet. Can this BIGBAG **** be reported and stopped. My internet will be suspended because of my bank's negligence.
