unauthorized transaction

I’m done with Capitec, so much for a secured bank. Tell me that it is mean if I use a capitec card to buy goods on line and that very same company that I bought good from makes an error and deduct from my card a month later, does that make me careless with my card as per your consultant. Please advise if its not the bank policy that every transaction must be authorized via an app so how did R666 get approved from my card without me approving it on the app is that not the process but in this event I didn’t approve anything on my app and yet the so called secured bank allowed the transaction to go through. I am ****ed ****ed with your pathetic service. It truly shows that you cannot BE TRUSTED WITH ANYBODIES MONEY.
