Unauthorized transaction

There was an unauthorised transaction that went off from my account for a company called NP legal 1 for a service that I have never signed up off. The bank could not assist with reversing or stopping this transaction as they claimed that I approved the mandate for that company to deduct funds from my account. As a hard working individual who has mouths to feed I am disappointed in the fact that money goes out and nothing can be done about it as if we all have the resources to just make more money out of thin air. I will be cancelling my account with Capitec bank as this is not the first time this happens.
