Unauthorized transaction

I recieved a new tap and go bank card, the new black card. This card never worked at the ATM and upon inserting the card it will immediately return the card. I went in to the branch today to ask them to check the card. I was told that the card was faulty and that it will be replaced at no cost. To my horror i checked my account and i was charged R70 for the card. So i paid R140 to get a bank card. If Capitec does not reverse these monies back i will take the matter to the Banking Ombudsmen. I just have nightmare after nightmare with this Bank.
