Unauthorized set-offs

How is it possible for me not to have my query resolved for almost two weeks? Why am I the only one that needs to constantly call you back for updates? How is it possible that there's no one that works for Capitec that can assist me with my refund for almost two weeks? My experience with Capitec Bank is nothing short of disgusting, seriously!
