Unauthorized purchase

There were transactions that went through on my capitec account from Google play store and I tried to inform capitec that I didn't do such transactions, the people at the branch tried contacting their reversal and investigating team to my surprise I was told that Capitec will charge R160. 00 per transaction for them to investigate and retrieve the funds and I'm talking about 12 transactions which some of them are even lesser than the amount they are charging to investigate, so in simple terms Capitec is saying that i should let it go because I can't pay R160 for each transaction because at the end I will be the one owing the bank I'm very disappointed with Capitec bank
