Unauthorized payments from my account

Got *****ed today, an unauthorized payment from my account to a so called Uber account was made, called the call center and the consultant said to me I will not be getting my money back. I explained that to that was an unauthorized and transaction is unknown to me meaning I was frustrated she still said I wnt be able to get my money back. Furthermore I need to get a card replacement to prevent this transaction from happening again, meaning I have to pay for being *****ed. Being *****ed I get, but what I dnt get is how such a big bank like Capitec not have measures to assist with *****ulent activities on their clients accounts
