UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS AND DEBIT ORDERS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I usually speak so highly of Capitec and often urge others to bank with them, however I noticed today that hundreds of rands have been getting deducted from my account to the amount of R1200 in one month WITHOUT A SINGLE NOTIFICATION from Capitec bank. How do hundreds of rands leave my bank account without so much as an sms to notify me?

To top it all off these deductions come off as debit orders and others as payments! How is this allowed? I want my refund, seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Capitec.
