Unauthorized payments

Last week I saw an unauthorized payment was made. It was made to buy dollars in India. I never travel or have plans to travel. I went to Capitec with a lot of questions but returned with no answers. They said that the payment didn't go through yet so there is a big chance I can get my money back. They said that someone will contact me with more details but it has been more than a week and nobody contacted me. I thought that I should check my bank statements and I wish I did it earlier. I saw that was the fourth payment that was made without my permission.
