Unauthorized payment

M annoyed by this horrible bank, I took a loan with them paid monthly until my term is finished, to my surprise I received an sms saying I owe 1 cent which is ridiculous, crazy the money was there but they decided to leave one cent out now I have to pay an extra 69 rand for someone's fault, horrible service everrrrrr
