Unauthorized Online Purchases
I'm really tired of fighting about petty stuff with you. There are online purchases that are going off my account and i have never authorized them. Their reference is Regfks.com ***, a site that is not even found on the website. I want my money back, they debited 4 times since October. Dates are 29 october,13 November, 29 November and 13 December. In total the amount taken is R187. 54. This is not the first complaint of this nature...please sort it out as I am getting tired of this nonsense.
