unauthorized online deduction

Hi, i am really ****ed off by their service. There's an electronic purchase deduction from my savings account that i did not authorize. i have tried to call several times and they do is keep saying they are transferring my calls to the relevant department with no success. i need my money back it was meant for other expanses.
