Unauthorized instalment

I had a loan with Capitec Bank due to life mishaps I therefore joined debt review and paid a loan for a while, when I couldn't managed the debts on my own and decided to personally pay them I was told by a consultant that I have to pay their money via debt review, because I had cancelled the previous one, I had to join the other one and pay through them, then today capitec took R23 006.49 from my account after I have paid debt review, they said it for the arrears. How is that possible because when I called on 07/09/17 I was told to make arrangements with debt review. Please refund my money. I will be reporting this to ombuds SA. MY contact is ********** 289.

Ms Philiwe Baartman thank you for your response, however could you why are they still deducting the money that is coming into my account? There's are deposit transferred to my account today around 08:14, again the money has been withdrawn by Capitec account. What do I have to do now? How am I suppose to open a new account when Capitec has taken and still taking every money I have?
