Unauthorized extension of my loan term

Goodday.

May I be called back regarding my loan term that was extended. I do not understand why it is extended yet interests rates were slashed. And secondly what type of insurance increament takes place by a full R6667+? How will I finish paying it off if Capitec has the freedom of changing the loan aggrement term as they please? Lastly I visited the branch regarding this notice of increment and was told to ignore it however here it has been implemented. I need this nonsense fixed otherwise I wil close that bank account and never repay that loan capitalists.
