Unauthorized deductions

Capitec is an absolute *****e ! They did a "Set-off app****" on my account without my permission! Low on cash as I was they decided to deduct money without my permission. Mind you my account wasnt even negative but because they can't wait to disappoint me like they always do they jumped for the opportunity. They claim to be transparent with costs and everything but on the app you'd never see a negative. I changed banks to Standard Bank as a main bank because my funds are much more safe there and they are transparent with their fees. Not a single time did Standard deduct money they weren't suppose to. Capitec remains the most useless ,******** bank on earth ! Can they close my accounts I'm done with them for Good ! ******** !!!
