Unauthorized deductions

I deposited money on the 12 November 2020 in my Capitec savings account. On the 16th November I went to the branch in South gate mall to be assisted to pay Sars Revenue, the consultant Thulani assisted me to transfer the amount in my Standard bank savings account. And then on the 17th November 2020 my money was deducted by Sars and I did not register my Capitec Account for Sars to debit. I am not happy with the bank, and I also don't trust the bank anymore. How do you allow any institution to deduct a client money while not authorized.
