Unauthorized deduction on my account

Bought electricity for someone using capitec app on the 17th August 2018. The first transaction I made was not processed, the balance remained the same and no voucher was sent. I repeated the process of buying the electricity the second time and the transaction went through and I got a voucher, when I checked my balance two amounts of R150 were taken from my account and only one voucher was sent to me. I went into the branch a few days later when I realised that the amount was not reversed into my account.

The lady at the branch phoned and explained, after a lenghthy discussion and after we detailed the challenge: which is, I would like the money reversed into my account since the error was with the application and not on my side, the call center agent said they would call back after investigating the error - which would take up to 4 days* no one phoned as promised with the feedback. I made a call again and was put on hold for 20min on two separate calls without any feedback. I went back to the branch and was given a cold reception: at the arrival I was told electricity doesn't get reversed, we then called the head office to find out what their investigation unfolded: I was taken from one point to another and the call center agents did not want to talk to me the client but rather chose to give feedback to the employee at the branch which was simply we don't do reversals for electricity. My challenge is the electricity purchased was not for myself and I cannot afford to pay for this second voucher. I planned to buy electricity for R150 instead Capitec has decided on my behalf that I will buy electricity for R300.00. The app to this day still does not show two vouchers instead there's only one record of the voucher I received yet two amounts were deducted. The app did not do what it is expected to do and I cannot be left to take the blame for the error made by the bank. I received one voucher and do not want to be forced to take the second voucher which the app did not send to me. One of the ladies at the call centre wanted to claim that my phone went off and the app could not send the voucher and that is not true, as my phone did not go off. I want my money reversed into my account.
