Unauthorized debits on unauthorized dates

This keeps happening EVERY month to my husband, he has a personal loan with capitec (2 I think), he gets paid on the 1st of every month, that is the debit date that was signed on the contract, so we know from previous conversation with consultants that as soon as a big amount comes into your account that looks like a salary drop they will take the money for the loan. I have a HUGE problem with this. I get paid on the 25th and my husband on the 1st so every month I deposit some money into his account to take him to pay day, and then we are talking small amount like R200 or R150 or so. As soon as that money comes in you debit his account with random amounts, like R140 something, upon query the consultant could not tell him why and what this was for... seriously?!?! This happens EVERY MONTH R200.00 surely does not seem like a salary drop? He gest paid a hell of a lot more than that, the description is not even the same as his salary drop would be. And then please correct me if I am wrong is it not against the NCR to take a debit order before the authorised date? So ANY money that comes in before the 1st you are not allowed to debit from (I understand that if the 1st is on a sunday or public holiday bla bla bla) but say on the 25th I deposit R2000 into his account for something the you WILL take that money because you can. I left the bank I was banking with for capitec I myself had not had this problem and I dont know why this keeps happening to him, but it seems a little bit ********l. I dont want to regret swithching. Someone need to phone him with an explanation. Bacause close to month end we are all a bit broke. to take every single cent that gets deposited is not right. This is a complete f up to say the least.
