Unauthorized debits on loans and credit cards

Good day, I am furious I have been a loyal customer of capitec for years and recommended this bank to many people and have had a whole company move to you to say I am disappointed is an understatement! For the 3rd time money from my loan and credit card have been deducted Without authorization. I am always on time with these payments. Today I sat in the bank again asking as to why the payments were taken on the 15th and not the 27th several calls throughout the day and absolutely nothing. It's December I'm a single mom and a teacher and we still get paid on our pay dates regardless of what month it is and I have had no luck even changing that from the 27th to the 30th. This is shocking ref number #***9 Megan Jones
