unauthorized debits and distgusting service !!!

i left fNB bank due to the fact that they allowed unauthorized debit orders to go off my account now only for the exact same thing to happen at Capitec. i did not authorize a debicheck and an amount of R1900 went off my account which no one is able to reverse , this same company sent through a debicheck of R500 of which i declined 4 times only for me to recieve an sms to say capitec has approved this. who are you to decide on my behalf what debit orders are allowed to be taken off ?????
