Unauthorized debits

My sister who is a grant recipient from the Government,opened her account to be paid her money into it.Within months of her having an account they were very suspicious CWD from different streets ending with Gtza.We went to the ATM to pull the statements and saw this were unauthorized debits in her account .We approached Jabulani Branch to enquire about this but they were not helpful at all..months after again I pulled the statement again yesterday this thing keeps on continuing it started from a debit of R100 to now R300 and exactly on payday. I fail to understand if the consultants were not aware of the complaint or they were being ******** because I believe lot of people accounts at capitec this being done to them some without their knowledge. Capitec needs to really look and investigate this as it's affecting most of their customers..My sister needs this money back she lives on a disability grant to help to care for herself.This debits are only popular at capitec.it worries me a bank so huge in media with its success but unable to trace and track such a huge problem .this is the people's bank as they say but are failing to help its people with keeping their money safe .I will like this matter to be looked into ..and my sister be assisted in stopping this Debits and my sister getting her money back .the consultants and team leaders in the branchee are not helping. This **** is only happening at Capitec it could be an inside job it can't be that people's accounts money is ****** in such a manner .of this matter is not resolved I will take it further to the media .Someone is getting reached with other people's money that can't be.
