Unauthorized debit orders SA Unathi

I have noticed unauthorized debit orders of R99 by the company called SA Unathi. I managed to reverse the last 2 debit orders using the capitec mobile app. They said I must visit the branch to reverse the other 2 debit orders that were done over 40 days ago. The consultant at capitec branch advised that I will be charged R80 for each debit order reversal weather it's successful or not. They charged me for when these debit orders went off my account, why must capitec charge me again to reverse them, and why so much money I fail to understand. They are well aware of these ****s yet they still expect us to pay so much money to reverse it. Can capitec please reverse those debit orders of R99 that went if in Jan and Feb without charging me the R80 bank fee?
