Unauthorized debit orders for capitec funeral cover

Capitec deducted my money for a funeral cover that i didnt apply for.... when i tried to dispute that on their app it says debit order cannot be disputed. I called their call center and they told me to cancel the cover on the app however they cannot dispute that debit order... my question was i do not want your funeral cover and i want my money back... i find it so disgusting and skelem for them for refusing to refund me for a stupid funeral cover that dont even need.
