Unauthorized debit orders

I am using the HP platform to obtain guidance and assistance, because I am well aware of the famous line from your Contact Centre, (Go to the nearest branch). There are 2 debit orders that were not supposed to go off my account, due to the credit agreement that all creditors signed with Payplan Solutions. These creditors signed the credit agreement, fully aware of the terms and conditions, however, still proceed to debit my account. I cannot dispute the transactions due to the Debi check mandate, and want to know how Capitec can assist me, for the funds to be refunded back into my account, based on the credit agreement signed by the respective creditors.
