Unauthorized debit orders

Capitec is allowing unauthorized debit orders and those debit orders are undisputed. When you visit their branch for assistance they fail to help you. My account has been debited for the last four months by some SSg legal and when i visited my branch the consultant failed to help. She couldn't even give me the details of the company debiting on my account without my authority.
