Unauthorized debit orders

<p>I would love to know how outside companies know exactly what is going on with my Capitec savings account. How does a 3rd party know EXACTLY WHEN AND HOW MUCH money goes into my account? </p> <p>I am fuming with rage this morning as 2 unauthorized debits went off against my savings account the moment my SARS refund was paid in AND IT WENT OFF TWICE!!</p> <p>I specifically visited your Pavillion branch 3 weeks ago as this debit went off on the 25th of May and I did not agree to this as I am in dispute with the concern who instituted this debit originally. The lady that helped me at Capitec said that she blocked this amount and it will not be deducted again.</p> <p>Now, the exact moment my SARS refund of R8652.30 is paid into my account, this debit is run for the exact same amount of R3731.76 AND THEN AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME OF R3731.76 moments later.</p> <p>To add insult to injury there is even an EARLY DEBIT ORDER FEE for both transactions which I am charged for!</p> <p>How the hell is this possible? How can my money not be safe in my own bank account? How does someone other than me or my bank know what's going on with my account? I want my money back immediately.</p>
