unauthorized debit orders

i am sick and tired of this debit orders of less than R100 i am loosing a lot of money with it. can you please do something about because i am being charged a debit order fee and also charged R20 something for reversing. Capitec you are again while i am loosing money nxaaa and its too much now. I f possible can you refund me my fees that the bank has charged me because it is too much now yeeeeeerrrrrrrr
